Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that the delivery estimates provided by Shopify at checkout may not be accurate. We recommend waiting at least 48 hours after receipt of fulfillment notice before requesting tracking information.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email may contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Not all orders will come with tracking or tracing capabilities. Please check your spam or promotions folder for tracking information before contacting us.
Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware that we do not ship Seamoss Gel products over the weekends to ensure product integrity. These orders are generally fulfilled from Monday to Wednesday. We also do not ship Seamoss Gel to the U.S. or Internationally
Damages
Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship Seamoss Gels outside Canada. We do Ship dried Seamoss to the U.S. and Internationally. A Phytosanitary Certificate can be provided on request.
Please remember that you are responsible for ensuring that the items you order are allowed into your country. If the items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's import regulations, you will receive a refund for the merchandise only.
